Vermicompost Organic Fertilizer Granulator Production Machinery
Introduction of Vermicompost Organic Fertilizer Granulator Production Machinery
The main equipment of organic fertilizer production line as follows
1. Fermentation Compost Turning machine
Turn the raw materials to compost.
2. Crusher Machine
Crush the compost material to small powder, and ready to the granulator.
3. Screener Machine
The screen machine is to screen the un-fermentation material and let the un-fermentation material fermentation again.
4. Mixing Machine
The mixed material should be mixed completely, then get into granulator. Also can add some water when you mixing.
5. Fertilizer Granulator
Organic fertilizer granulator processing powder to granules.
6. Drum Dryer Machine
After granulating, the moisture of fertilizer is bit high, it’s not suitable for long-term storage, so organic fertilizer production line need drying process.
7. Drum Cooler Machine
To help the granule come to the normal temperature and ready for packing.
8. Screening Machine
There are some non-uniform particles, after sieved screening machine, the small particle diameter may be screened down for twice processing. And bigger granules go to the crusher machine again.
9. Crusher
To help make the big pellet into the small powder and get back to granulator machine (Small particles to granulate again).
10. Belt conveyor
11. Packaging Machine
It's the last step in the organic fertilizer production line. Filling the bags, and sealing. After the package, the fertilizer can be sold.

Features of earthworm organic fertilizer production equipment
The product granule of organic fertilizer production equipment is a round ball.
The organic content can be high to 100%, make pure organic granulate.
Organic material particles can grow up under a certain force, no need to add binder when granulating.
Product granule of organic fertilizer production line is massy, it can sieve directly after granulation to reduce the energy consumption of drying.
After fermentation organics don't need to dry, the moisture of the raw material can be in 20%-40%.
