The main equipment of organic fertilizer production line as follows
1. Fermentation Compost Turning machine
Turn the raw materials to compost.
2. Crusher Machine
Crush the compost material to small powder, and ready to the granulator.
3. Screener Machine
The screen machine is to screen the un-fermentation material and let the un-fermentation material fermentation again.
4. Mixing Machine
The mixed material should be mixed completely, then get into granulator. Also can add some water when you mixing.

6. Drum Dryer Machine
After granulating, the moisture of fertilizer is bit high, it’s not suitable for long-term storage, so organic fertilizer production line need drying process.

To help the granule come to the normal temperature and ready for packing.

There are some non-uniform particles, after sieved screening machine, the small particle diameter may be screened down for twice processing. And bigger granules go to the crusher machine again.
