Our double roller granulator is a professional compaction granulation machine designed for producing high-quality compound fertilizer granules without liquid binders. Utilizing advanced dry granulation technology, it transforms powder materials into uniform, dense granules through mechanical pressure.
Working Principle:
Powder materials are fed between two counter-rotating rollers
High mechanical pressure (50-100MPa) compacts materials
Compacted flakes are broken into uniform granules
Final granules are screened and polished
