Working Principle:
Pre-Mixed Feeding - Uniformly blended raw materials are fed into the granulator chamber
High-Pressure Compaction - Twin rollers apply 50-100MPa mechanical pressure to physically bond particles
Flake Formation - Materials emerge as continuous dense sheets with controlled thickness
Precision Crumbling - Specialized flake breakers create uniform semi-finished granules
Particle Refinement - Multi-stage screening and polishing achieve final spherical granules
Recycling System - Oversized particles are automatically crushed and reintroduced
